Getting startedHow do I add a website?
Open Sites in your workspace, choose Add client site, and enter the website name and URL. SiteSurely records the site, discovers its public pages, and shows you which pages can be monitored. Monitoring starts only for the pages and checks you enable.
MonitoringHow often does SiteSurely check my website?
SiteSurely uses the monitoring interval configured for each check. Standard page monitoring is configured for a 15-minute interval in the current product. Your workspace shows the latest check and whether a result is current.
MonitoringWhat does Site Health mean?
Site Health summarizes the latest recorded monitoring state for a website. Healthy means a recent check completed without recorded issues; review, stale, and monitoring-failed states mean the latest evidence needs attention. It is not an uptime guarantee.
Incidents & alertsWhat happens if my website goes down?
SiteSurely records the result of a failed check and distinguishes a monitoring failure from a confirmed website incident. Meaningful changes are confirmed across observations before they become an incident, and configured alert channels can notify your workspace.
MonitoringWhy did SiteSurely detect a content change?
A content-change finding means the monitored page produced a materially different result from its recorded baseline. SiteSurely keeps the finding and check context so you can review what changed; it does not treat every small or transient difference as an incident.
MonitoringHow do I choose which pages are monitored?
SiteSurely can discover public pages for a site. From the site detail view, review discovered pages and enable the pages that matter to the customer journey. You can also add a page monitor directly when you know the path you want to check.
FindingsWhat does a broken-link finding mean?
It means a monitored page contained a link that SiteSurely could not successfully follow during the check. Review the finding and the page context before deciding whether the link is an actual customer-impacting problem.
FindingsWhat accessibility issues does SiteSurely check?
SiteSurely can record automated accessibility findings from the checks configured for your monitored pages. These findings are signals for review, not a guarantee of ADA, WCAG, or legal compliance. Human review and appropriate specialist guidance are still required.
MonitoringHow do I run a manual check?
Open the relevant site or incident in your workspace and choose Run Check Now. The request is queued for the monitoring worker, and the resulting check appears in the site history when processing completes.
Account & LoginHow do I change my monitoring settings?
Open the site detail view to manage monitored pages and checks. Workspace owners and admins can also manage team and billing settings from the workspace navigation.
BillingHow do I manage my subscription?
Open Billing from the workspace navigation. Owners and admins can review the current plan, site capacity, payment information, invoices, and available plan actions. Some billing actions remain unavailable until live billing is activated for the workspace.
BillingHow do I cancel?
Open Billing and choose the payment, invoices, and cancellation option when it is available for your workspace. Billing changes are limited to workspace owners and admins. If the option is not available, contact support and include the workspace email.
NotificationsI'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
First confirm that the relevant incident or report exists in your workspace and that the destination address is correct. Check spam or filtering rules, then contact support with the incident or report subject and the approximate time it should have been sent. Do not include passwords or secret tokens.
Account & LoginI can't sign in.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the recovery email. If you do not receive it, check spam and verify that you used the workspace email. Reset responses are intentionally generic for account privacy; contact support if recovery still does not work.
